The group covers the entire life cycle of the medicinal products for human use with a strong investment in research and development. We are looking to reinforce our team with a R&D Team Leader. As a R&D Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving our research and development initiatives, managing project timelines, and mentoring a team of dedicated researchers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong scientific background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for pharmaceutical development. You will be responsible for : Lead and manage a team of researchers in the design, planning, and execution of R&D projects. Develop and implement research strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of scientific rigor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing departments. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the team informed and competitive. Prepare and present research findings to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines. Keep up-to-date and promote continuous improvement. Profile : A candidate with advanced proficiency in R&D pharmaceutical team leadership – University degree in pharmacy or related field is a plus; Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring R&D pharmaceutical teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
