Key Responsibilities :

• Drive the creative vision and strategy for Windmill's brand, ensuring our identity is consistently expressed through all consumer interactions, from digital to physical touchpoints.
• Lead and oversee the development of creative guidelines and directives for various projects, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Champion the creative process, fostering a culture of excellence within the design team, and setting high-quality standards for all creative outputs.
• Provide mentorship and direction to a talented pool of visual designers, nurturing their skills and guiding their contributions to our projects.
• Ideate and execute innovative design concepts that resonate across different channels, including interactive websites, mobile applications, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and corporate collateral.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the organization to promote the creative strategy and ensure the Windmill brand's vitality and consistent representation. Requirements :
• At least 7 years of experience in a creative field with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating digital experiences, brand collateral, and visual storytelling.
• A bachelor's degree in design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Mastery of design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and web design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
