Your tasks

  • First point of contact : Supporting users in problem situations via telephone, e-mail or ticket system.
  • Incident management : Pre-qualification and resolution of incidents using a knowledge base.
  • Device and software management : Deployment and administration of Windows clients, smartphones, printers and applications (e.g. Office 365, Intune).
  • User management : creation and maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory / Entra ID / PBX.
  • Coordination and documentation : Processing of support requests in cooperation with our specialist departments.
  • Technical documentation : Creation of technical documentation and instructions for users.
  • Interface function : Coordination with our infrastructure partners.

Your qualification

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in IT / completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification; relevant professional experience.
  • Experience : Very good knowledge of ticket systems and the Windows client environment (Windows 10 / 11).
  • Technical knowledge : Confident in dealing with Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID / MS365, ideally also experience with MS Intune.
  • Additional knowledge : Knowledge of networking, virtualization and security.
  • Ability to familiarize : Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks.
  • Soft skills : High reliability, service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
  • Working style : Structured, proactive and solution- and result-oriented working style.
  • Language skills : Fluent written and spoken German and a good command of English.
