Job Description :
Responsibilities - your mission
Support of the project manager in his responsibility to achieve the project goals
Identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces
Creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients / customers
Manage the planning and status of all processes; have a global overview and report any issues that arise
Creation of detailed budget plans for projects
Develop defined procedure / process / industrialization concepts as a project
Integration planning of the projects in existing processes
Presentation and documentation of the sub-project status for quality, technology, costs and deadlines
Identification of sub-project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures
Set up and moderate work progress meetings structure
Measure risk and support risk management
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
A diploma / bachelor degree in engineering or business administration or several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way
Experience in leading various projects
High resilience and assertiveness
Team & communication skills
Business fluent English (German desirable)
Knowledge in designing processes
Knowledge in COBIT and ITIL
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
