Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to reinforce our project teams

Work to be developed includes :

Implementation of Link Consulting's proprietary document management and workflow software.

Consulting for identifying needs, focusing on the general features of the software.

Conducting interviews / meetings, preparing questionnaires; meetings for the acceptance and validation of requirements and business rules; production of documentation : presentations, data analysis, diagrams, and reports.

Monitoring of the implementation and delivering training sessions to the end customer (both in-person and remote).

Requirements

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems Management or a related field.

1 year of experience in identifying, analyzing and specifying requirements with the customer and producing documentation

Excellent analytic, critical spirit and attention to detail

Experience in user support and training

Good capacity for oral and written communication skills

Strong guidance to Customers

Availability for traveling in Portugal
