We are currently looking for Spanish Speaker Customer Advisors!

At Intelcia Portugal we have the job for you!

Your mission :

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.
Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.
Administrative tasks : documentation management and database updating.

Your profile :

Spanish native or bilingual;

Good command in English.

Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).

Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player.
