Customer Support Representative (French-Speaking)
Location : Porto, Portugal
Job Type : Onsite, Full-Time Position
Work schedule : Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts from 7 am to 7 pm
About the Role :
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French to assist our customers across various channels. You'll be the first point of contact, helping users with subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other inquiries .
Responsibilities :
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support via email, chat, and phone .
- Assist with subscription management, billing inquiries, and account issues .
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers to solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements :
Fluent in French (written and spoken) + Good English skills .Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly .Only local candidates living near Porto will be considered.What We Offer :
