Deine Aufgaben :

• Bearbeitung rechtlicher Anfragen (z.B. Betrug, Urheberrecht, Datenschutz, Verleumdung)
• Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Gesetzen prüfen
• Dokumentation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
• Aktuell bleiben zu Richtlinienänderungen
• Arbeitszeit : Montag bis Freitag, 9 : 0018 : 00 Uhr

Dein Profil :

Deutsch (C1+) und Englisch (C1)

Grundkenntnisse in KPIs (FCR, SLA, CSAT)

Analytisches Denken und Genauigkeit

Erste Erfahrung in Content Moderation (bis zu 12 Monate) von Vorteil

EU-Pass oder portugiesische Aufenthaltsgenehmigung

Your Responsibilities :

Review legal requests linked to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation.

Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws.

Maintain documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.

Stay updated on policy changes.

Work Monday-Friday, 9 : 0018 : 00.

What You Need :

German (C1+) and English (C1)

Basic knowledge of metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus

EU passport or Portuguese residence permit
