YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You actively shape the profitability management of our Sales division and Products by independently leading projects
  • You analyze the margins of commercial activities, identify areas for action, and initiate their implementation. In doing so, you challenge existing allocations and improve the transparency and accuracy of margin reporting
  • You create well-founded business cases, provide the negotiation team with actionable alternatives, and evaluate them. At the same time, you ensure that requirements for commercial partnerships are met
  • You develop innovative reports to answer previously unresolved questions in commercial controlling
  • You lead cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Education : You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business, or a related field with above-average results
  • Professional Experience : You bring several years of experience in controlling, with a clear focus on Sales, P&L, or Commercial topics
  • Tools : You have a strong affinity for numbers, are experienced with standard controlling tools (especially business cases, benchmarking, and reporting), and have knowledge of SQL
  • Mindset : You are quick to grasp new topics, results-driven, enjoy diving into new subject areas, and can derive clear recommendations for action in a structured way
  • Work Approach : You demonstrate a high degree of independence, exceptional commitment, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong reliability
  • Communication : You are a confident communicator, assertive, and fluent, written and spoken in English
