Project Manager Virtual Assistant Marketing Focus

This is a remote position.

We re looking for a sharp and dependable Project Manager / Virtual Assistant with a marketing background to coordinate daily operations across multiple channels including PR link building SEO influencer marketing Telegram ads and PPC.

This role is not about deep subjectmatter expertise its about organization communication and being a reliable point of contact who keeps everything moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Reply to client and partner emails promptly and professionally

Coordinate daytoday activities across all active marketing channels

Keep internal teams aligned and ontask (influencers PR PPC SEO etc.

Manage calendars deadlines and status updates for campaigns and tasks

Assist with basic reporting and task tracking

Provide general support and clear communication with clients and partners

Flag issues early and suggest simple solutions to keep things on track

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Highly organized selfmotivated and responsive

Experience in marketing project coordination or as a virtual assistant

Techsavvy and able to pick up new tools / platforms quickly (e.g. Trello Slack Airtable GDrive)

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fastpaced remotefirst environment

Friendly professional and clientfocused
