Role Purpose :

The Business Developer Intern will support the commercial strategies of the headhunting consultancy by identifying potential clients assisting in prospecting activities and contributing to the growth of the client portfolio. This role offers handson experience in B2B sales executive search and market researchideal for those eager to learn communicate well and want to grow in a dynamic peopledriven environment.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Research and identify target companies and decisionmakers across various industries.
  • Assist in outreach strategies (email LinkedIn cold calls) to schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Join client meetings and help track followups and deal flow.
  • Keep the CRM updated and support in managing sales pipeline.
  • Help with outbound campaigns newsletters and other leadgeneration initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends to spot new business opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Professional Experience of 1 up to 2 years.
  • Education : Recently Graduate in Business Economics Marketing Communications.
  • Languages : Fluency in at least one foreign language either in English French or Spanish.
  • Competences :
  • Strong interest in B2B sales client relationship management or recruitment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organized selfmotivated and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Pipedrive) and Google Workspace
