As a Data Governance & Architecture Consultant , you’ll ensure our systems and data models align with enterprise data strategy, from design to decommissioning. You’ll play a key role in structuring, modeling, and governing data across its full lifecycle. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Location :  Lisbon

Main Responsibilities :

  • Translates project goals into data architecture aligned with the data strategy.
  • Designs and manages conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support business needs.
  • Defines how data is organized, accessed, and labeled across systems, in line with architectural standards.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of data governance policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and clarity.
  • Enriches the Data Architecture Framework and continuously enhances data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Profile :

  • 4 years of experience in Consulting, as a Data Governance, Management or Strategy Consultant.
  • Proficiency in English   (mandatory).
  • Knowledge / experience in data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Collibra).
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and / or SharePoint and experience with Avolution Abacus or similar Enterprise Architecture tools.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, DAMA, CMMI DMM .
  • Knowledge of market meta-models, taxonomies, and ontologies (FpML, CDM, ISO20022).
  • Expertise in translating business needs into actionable data solutions, as well as designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and procedures that support effective data management.
  • Know-how in analyze and document business workflows and apply principles of functional, application, and enterprise architecture, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    Hybrid work , with 2 / 3 days of work in the office in  LISBON  per week)
