The Role
At Rydoo, we’re scaling our go-to-market strategy and seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead our global pipeline generation efforts.
As the Head of Business Development, you will own and execute the outbound strategy that fuels our revenue engine. You’ll lead a growing team of development representatives, setting the direction for both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts across markets. Your focus will be on driving scalable pipeline growth, coaching for excellence, and closely aligning with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize performance and results.
This is a key leadership position for someone passionate about building high-performance teams, developing talent, and creating the structure needed to meet aggressive growth goals. You’ll play a critical role in improving processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute our outbound strategy that will ensure the achievement of pipeline generation for each of the development representatives in their market.Through great leadership, develop a high-performing inbound & outbound teamManage, lead, and mentor the prospecting team in identifying, creating, nurturing, qualifying, and developing pipelines in their marketTrain, develop, and motivate the prospecting team in skills, sales methodologies and activities, product knowledge, teamwork, time, territory management, and competitive knowledgeLead business development opportunities and sales forecast and commitment decisionsProvide regular, accurate, sales forecasts to Revenue leadership in an agreed formatHold weekly 1 : 1s with your team of DRs, offer consistent coaching calls, performance feedback, and actionable ways to improve your teamGain insight from the KPI data of the PODAbility to improve processes in cooperation with RevOps / Sales / MarketingWork closely with Sales & Marketing to optimize outbound & inbound strategiesUse internal tools for coaching and outbound skill development improvementAssist in recruiting, onboarding new hires, and mentoring a high-performance and a highly engaged teamAdhere to Rydoo’s Information Security Policy, best practices and participate in regular security trainingsPracticalities

Proven experience in managing a Lead Generation Team (working with inside sales / sales development) with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to perform and achieve resultsOutbound experience & best practices in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, nationally or globallyStrong, tested sales experience and leadership in organizations that have demonstrated revenue growth, new customer acquisitions, and increasing lifetime value of customersStrong execution focus and ability to develop solutions and strategies to further accelerate growthStrong business and analytical acumen; strong problem-solving skillsExperience in modern sales forecasting techniquesBeing a people leaderResults-oriented mindsetProduct knowledgeableAdaptability.
