Job description

As a Data Analyst , you will be part of Mantu’s corporate team, working closely with various departments to transform data into insights and value-added solutions that support strategic decision making and improve performance across the organization.

Your missions

Design, develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems

Collect, clean and process structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and patterns

Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings

Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate models into operational systems

Validate models and ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability

Stay up to date with the latest data science trends, technologies, and best practices

Document solutions, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders

Your profile

  • Academic background : Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar

Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Python and libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn

Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Plotly

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL, NoSQL)

  • Fluent English. French is a plus.
  • You are analytical, curious, and business-oriented, with excellent communication skills
