What you will do
Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts - including Owners, Property Managers, and ManagersCold call and prospect for leads to companies that could benefit from the new offerMaintain email and phone conversations with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the purchase or sign-up decisionBecome a product / offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product / offer valueContinually increase product knowledge by working closely with the Operations SupervisorClearly communicate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits to showcase the product / offer as a strategic advantageOutbound calling to customers in the UKWhat you bring
Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skillsStrong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skillsAdvocate for customers and prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution-setsDesire to think creatively and use problem-solving skills to assure customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced experience navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end users (multiple screens recommended but not required)Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectationsWhat You will need
One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric rolePersonal Windows 10 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset (equipment not provided)Must pass all assessments and systems checkHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to communicate through verbal and written English.Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and other online resources for informationValid Portugal work permitPreferred (Not Required)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferredExperience working with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft is preferredHours of Operation : 8 am-5 pm UK local time
