What Youll Do

Manage and optimize largescale programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads.

Drive fullfunnel media strategiesfrom planning and setup to monitoring and performance reporting.

Deliver actionable insights through deep analytics reporting and A / B testing.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative analytics and account managers to meet campaign goals.

Stay on the pulse of emerging trends in programmatic ad tech and performance marketing.

Own client communications and deliver strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.

What Were Looking For

3 years of handson experience managing Programmatic Campaigns.

Proven experience using Google Ads and / or DV360.

Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and campaign KPIs (CPM CPC CPA ROAS etc..

Experience in or with marketing agencies is highly preferred.

Comfortable working in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment.

Techsavvy analytical and always seeking optimization opportunities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (C1 and English (B2.
