Descrição da vagaOwn the Product Roadmap : Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our new AI Agent vertical Customer Development : Lead customer interviews, understand pain points, and translate needs into product requirements Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and execute the GTM strategy, including positioning, pricing models, and launch plans Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launch Productization : Transform our successful AI Agent PoCs into a scalable, market-ready product Financial Planning : Develop pricing strategies, revenue forecasts, and business models for sustainable growth Product Metrics : Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product-market fit and business impact 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or AI products Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products Experience in financial services, insurance, or real estate technologies is a plus Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies and their business applications Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to articulate product value Experience with agile development methodologies Entrepreneurial Spirit : You think like a founder, with the drive to own outcomes and solve complex problems Customer Obsession : You put customer needs at the center of product decisions Strategic Thinker : You balance short-term execution with long-term vision Data-Driven : You make decisions based on evidence, not opinions Execution Focus : You have a bias for action and can navigate ambiguity Opportunity to shape the future of AI Agents in enterprise environments Work directly with our founding team in a high-impact, high-visibility role Accelerated career growth in one of the fastest-growing areas of AI Competitive compensation package including equity A diverse, talented, and highly motivated team Modern offices in Lisbon with flexibility for remote work Health insurance and comprehensive benefits Your experience launching new B2B products Your perspective on how AI Agents will transform enterprise operations Your approach to developing product-market fit for emerging technologies
