What will you be doing?

You will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions within private banking and digital payments domains. Working closely with stakeholders and cross-geographical delivery teams, you will help translate complex business challenges into functional and technical specifications, supporting the entire project lifecycle :

• Lead engagement with clients and business teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements for digital banking and payment solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to define use cases, user stories, and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure alignment and clarity throughout development.
• Manage documentation and artifacts across all project phases.
• Support test strategy definition, execution of functional and regression testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor post Go-live system checks and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Advise on business process changes to maximize benefits of the core banking and payment solutions.
• Support migration efforts related to ISO 20022 and PSD2 payment APIs, fraud detection, and payment card management.
