Novel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (full-remote) to drive growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics in these markets . This role involves building lasting client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients across Europe through various outreach channels;
- Client Outreach : Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs;
- Market Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients;
- Sales Presentations : Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our solutions and their benefits;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process;
- Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries;
- Sales Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system;
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally within IT Services or Staffing / Consulting industries;Fluency in English;Strong verbal and written communication, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales platforms;Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in either country;Self-driven and able to operate autonomously;Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time;Must be authorized to work in the EU without sponsorship.
