About the Role :

As a CRM Manager and part of the CRM team, you will be responsible for the execution of retention and winback campaigns against CRM targets and strategies, in close alignment with stakeholders in either the US or the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute and report performance of CRM campaigns across a variety of channels including email, push notifications, SMS and more.
  • Work closely with either the Australian or the US brand team to ensure that CRM campaigns reflect both strategic business goals and local market nuances.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and agencies to ensure alignment of messages, campaign objectives, and best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous optimization and innovation in CRM marketing strategies.

Your Profile :

  • 3–4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing with a demonstrated ability to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Iterable or Braze. Proficiency with script languages such as Handlebars are a strong plus.
  • Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams. Direct working or living experience within markets such as the US or Australia is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for detail, a drive for continuous improvement, and a passion for test-and-learn methodologies.
