Customer Support Specialist (m / f / d) - Porto

We are recruiting a Customer Support Specialists (m / f) to join our client’s operation in Porto.

Main responsibility : You are going to be responsible for providing clarifications regarding the platform during the process of selling and buying their cars.

Workplace : Home-based

Note : you may be asked to go to the office in punctual situations; the office is located in Porto.

Schedule : from Tuesday to Saturday, from 09h00 am to 06h00 pm

Our client is a British company that provides innovative solutions for clients in the process of buying and selling cars through an online platform.

What do you need to have?

• Fluent in English at a written and spoken level;
• Previous experience in the automobile industry;
• Experienced in managing clients and processes;
• You are experienced in using MS Office programs – especially Outlook, Word, and Excel;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with buyers and sellers;
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
