Sales And Marketing Executive

The Mission

We're Scout Mission ( ), a sports tech startup providing a platform for football scouting and talent ID, helping football clubs improve their player recruitment processes. Our core app, Scout Hub, is used by a variety of clubs across the UK and Europe to coordinate their scouting teams, and our recently launched Academy Trial Hub is used by youth academies to manage their trialist processes.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate to support our business development and customer acquisition, and grow into someone who can build engagement for the company and help drive us forward. This is a junior to mid level role.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones, as well as handling some online marketing tasks such as socials and community engagement. A familiarity with football and the sports industry is definitely an advantage, and someone with an understanding of the scouting process or the operations of a football club would be beneficial.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to prospective customers at clubs and starting a conversation with them. Most of the work can be handled remotely and on a flexible time basis, with freedom to adapt as the role grows. Our primary customers are all over Europe, good English is essential but a second European language would be great too, as we deal with clubs all across the world.
