Our client is a multinational company.
A new project implementing its hub in Porto.

Description

Draft initial versions of client contracts and vendor agreements for legal review and approval;

Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, and keep internal systems and databases up to date;

Collaborate with the legal team on a variety of legal and compliance-related matters;

Assist with internal initiatives, including projects focused on data privacy and protection.

Profile

Master's degree in Law from;

Admitted to practice law;

Fluent in English and any additional language skills are considered advantageous;

At least 3 years of post-qualification legal experience;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Excellent organizational abilities, with proven capacity to follow instructions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines;

Collaborative team player who works effectively across different teams.
