Location : Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Employment type : Full-time

Languages : German (C2) & English (B2+)

Compensation : Base salary + relocation package + yearly bonus

Responsibilities :

Build and optimise advertising campaigns for top-tier B2B clients

Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

Analyze campaign and account-level data for performance improvements

Generate reports to support optimisation strategies

Align digital solutions with client goals across Search, Mobile & Video

Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue

Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results

Requirements :

• Native / fluent in German (C2), fluent in English (B2+)
• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
• Solid understanding of online advertising (AdWords, GSN, etc.)
• Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
• Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Passionate about marketing trends and tech innovation
• Self-starter, collaborative, and quality-driven
