The Corporate Finance Service Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in delivery, team leadership, and organizational development for all activities aiming at supporting the Group headquarters departments.
Description
- Oversee the finance operations within the Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across all departments serviced.
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape the vision and future direction of the Shared Service Center's finance function.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging innovation and creativity to enhance service delivery.
- Support the integration of new services into the Shared Service Center's financial operations.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance or a related field.At least 10 years of experience managing finance teams, with a proven track record of leadership and delivery in finance organizations.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is preferred.Strong knowledge of financial management, systems (SAP), and tools (Power BI…).Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving both individual and collective success.Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into operational details when necessary.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to tackle challenges effectively.Ambitious and motivated individual eager to grow their managerial scope and skills.Proven ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.Experience working in international, multicultural settingsJob Offer
