We are looking for Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team based in Porto, within the area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role focuses on supporting UiPath software robots in a production environment, providing troubleshooting, process optimization, and end-user support.

Main Tasks :

  • Support and monitor RPA processes (mainly in UiPath)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a production environment
  • Maintain documentation and performance reports
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance automation workflows
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards
  • Provide training and share best practices with stakeholders

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in IT application support
  • 3+ years working with UiPath (mandatory); other RPA tools are a plus
  • Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Programming knowledge (C# or VB.Net preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (B2+); French is a plus
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Agile, Atlassian stack, version control, Kibana, or Elastic Search.
  • Hybrid Role in Porto.
