Solid understanding of IT systems and technical environments (automation experience is a plus). Familiarity with the banking or financial sector is a strong advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools , and ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French is a plus. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proactive, organized, and client-focused.

As an IT Business Analyst , you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving automation, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across projects. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!
Location : Porto
Main Responsibilities :
- Analyzes and challenges business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Identifies process inefficiencies and proposes optimization strategies.
- Collaborates with Process Owners and Key Users to build and maintain documentation (Functional Specs, Test Plans).
- Supports IT teams throughout project phases, ensuring alignment and quality.
- Tracks project progress and communicates updates to stakeholders.
