Position : Functional Analyst

Location : Lisbon (Hybrid)

Languages : Portuguese (Native) and English (B2 / C1)

What You’ll Do :

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Functional Analyst to join our team and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. If you have a knack for understanding business needs and translating them into effective system solutions, this opportunity is for you!

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Proficient in BPMN and UML for process and system modeling.

Ability to create functional prototypes using tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.

Experience writing technical-functional documentation in Portuguese and English.

Certifications : Scrum Master (PSM-I or higher) it's a plus.

Technologies : Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, EasyVista, Visio, Figma / Balsamiq.

Health care sector experience it's a plus.
