We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Braga working in a fully on-site regime.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure Service Desk operations using various logging tools to handle track resolve or escalate incidents requests and changes;
- Provide local and remote IT support to end users;
- Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance.
Qualifications :
1 to 2 years of proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;Advanced user-level experience with Linux and / or Windows operating systems;Familiarity with remote access tools;Experience in supporting local networks;Proficiency in Office 365;Experience using ServiceNow;Availability for on-site work in Braga.Remote Work : Employment Type :
