Join a Global Automotive Leader Customer Service Role (German Speaker)

Location : Remote (from Coimbra to the North of Continental Portugal)

Office Base : Braga

Start Date : 12 June 2025

Contract Type : Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with one of the world's most renowned premium automotive brands? We're looking for passionate German-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic support team. You'll play a key role in delivering top-tier service experiences to clients across Europe all from the comfort of your home in northern Portugal.

What You'll Do

  • Be the voice of a leading global car manufacturer (brand confidential), handling inbound calls, emails, and chats

Support customers with a range of topics from technical inquiries to general service support

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases

Work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment with the highest standards of quality

Languages Required

  • German C2 (native or near-native proficiency)
  • English B2 (intermediate proficiency)

    Schedule

  • Rotating Shifts : Monday to Sunday 24 / 7 operation
  • 2 rotating days off per week

    Full remote working model (after initial training)

    Flexibility is key this role requires availability across different shifts, including nights and weekends

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : 1,100 EUR / month (x14 months / year)
  • Complexity Bonus : 80 EUR / month (x11 months / year)

    Position Bonus : 20 EUR / month

    Meal Allowance : 7.23 EUR / day (net)

    Private Health Insurance : Provided from day one (100% free after 6 months)

    Who You Are

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with working on a rotational shift schedule

  • Have previous experience in customer support (preferably in the automotive, tech, or mobility sector)
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
  • Thrive in a remote, multicultural environment
