Position : Customer Support Representative (Greek)

Remuneration : Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide optimal advice regarding various client queries related to cosmetic products
- Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
- Provide clear information about products and service
- Deliver a positive attitude towards the brand
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
- Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in Greek, both verbbal and writtenFluent in English (at least B2 level)At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantageKnowledge of Banking industry will be considered as an advantageComputer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packageExcellent communication skills with solid negotiating skillsResourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to work independently, while being team player at the same time.BENEFITS :
