Job Description

Deliverables : As a member of the Global UX & Product Adoption Team within the Workplace Global Products department, the service will play an active role in supporting key initiatives and ensuring the success of our mandate.

The responsibilities include :

• Administration of the Digital Experience Monitoring Platform : Managing global configurations and integrations with the client ecosystem Creating and managing user accounts, profiles, and access permissions

• Development and Maintenance of Scripts and Queries : Designing, developing, and maintaining scripts using NQL (Nexthink Query Language)

• Content Creation and Management in the Nexthink Infinity Platform : Building and maintaining dashboards, alerts, scores & ratings, application settings, campaigns, and remote actions
• Building and maintaining dashboards, alerts, scores & ratings, application settings, campaigns, and remote actions
• Scripting and Automation : Writing, documenting, and testing scripts for multiple operating systems : Windows : PowerShell macOS : Bash

The service will collaborate on a daily basis with the Product Manager and Product Owner responsible for delivering the product to internal Workplace teams and global entities.
