The opportunity

EY is looking for an Auditor to join our Assurance team in the Lisbon Office and to enter in September of 2025. In this context, you will acquire the experience and skill set necessary to become a leader of the future whilst delivering high quality and efficient audits and projects. We offer you the opportunity to get acquainted with a large variety of clients, most of them are well established brands with an international reach.

Your key responsibilities

• Be part of audit projects for the world’s leading and fastest growing companies, as well as with family-owned businesses and start-ups active in a variety of industries ( automotive, government and public sector, consumer products, media and entertainment, oil and gas, power and utilities and technology);
• Completing audit processes and documenting higher-risk areas;
• Audit of accounting & financial reporting information;
• Analyze financial statements;
• Make an informed decision about the validity of financial statements;
• Inventory stocks to validate inventory quantities;
• Identify and react to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes;
• Translating complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables;
• Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes;
• Contributing to the team’s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.
