Your Mission :
As a key part of our SAP Support team, you will provide 1st and 2nd level support in SAP user administration to colleagues around the world. From resolving authorization issues to collaborating on cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT and Outsystems, you'll help shape the future of IT support at LIXIL.
What You’ll Do :
Support end-users with SAP authorization issues
Track and manage incidents using our global ticketing system
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business users
Manage SAP user-profiles and authorizations
Contribute to building our global AI-powered knowledge base
What You Bring :
A professional school diploma in IT
At least 1 year of SAP user management experience (preferred)
Solid Portuguese and English communication skills (minimum B2)
A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Team spirit and willingness to learn and grow
Comfort working in a dynamic environment and across two shifts
