Who we're looking for :

Individuals with a genuine desire to learn and grow in recruitment;
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit;
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
A sense of responsibility and a focus on delivering a great experience for both candidates and clients.

Previous experience in recruitment is not required — we value your motivation and willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing :

Conducting market research and identifying potential candidates;

Using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to source talent;

Screening and interviewing candidates;

Preparing evaluation reports;

Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
