Content Reviewer – Process Associate – English – On Site Lisbon!
Location : Lagoas Park
Duration : 6 months
Start Date : From July 14th, 2025
In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!
Responsibilities
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Give feedback for policies / tools / processes improvements
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal / external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important : This job may require working a 24 / 7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious / sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
