Description

Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring work quality and compliance with standards;

Coordinate all contractors and suppliers involved in project execution;

Represent the company in all technical and organizational matters related to daily site operations;

Identify and manage risks and issues that arise during project implementation;

Allocate resources effectively and drive the project to successful completion;

Propose solutions and alternatives to overcome project challenges;

Manage budgets, including accurate forecasting and cost tracking;

Ensure that all technical aspects of the project align with established standards and company policies;

Review execution designs throughout the construction phase to ensure technical and practical compliance;

Lead on-site construction meetings to align teams and maintain progress;

Possess solid experience in procurement and contract awarding processes.

Profile

Higher Education of Civil Engineering and previous experience in construction management

Previous experience in a similar role within logistics real estat e will be considered a strong asset.

Good knowledge of construction management software

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Communication and analytical skills

Fluency in english (mandatory);

Driving licence.
