Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering great customer experiences Were looking for a proactive and customerfocused Customer & Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is your chance to work from Northern Portugal while supporting a dynamic and international business.

In this role youll be the key contact for Germanspeaking clients offering support building trust and guiding them to the best products and services for their needs.

Your Main Responsibilities :

Assist customers in German via phone email and chat

Offer helpful productspecific information tailored to each client

Handle questions concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

Identify upselling or crossselling opportunities when appropriate

Fluent in German (both spoken and written)

Intermediate English skills

Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
