Are you ready to take the next step in your career and act as Product Owner to ensure seamless IT and Integration support for core business applications?

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering IT services for a diverse range of applications across Group Sustainability & Compliance, Group Services, and Group Finance. You will collaborate with Service Owners, Application Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to drive the full application lifecycle — from vendor selection and implementation to seamless ongoing support.

As an IT Specialist for Group Applications in Global IT at DSV, you will :

Own and Manage the Planon Application : Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Planon application, supporting Facility, Leasing, and Real Estate. Ensure the application runs smoothly, aligns with evolving business needs, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities include end-to-end support, incident resolution, and proactive stakeholder engagement to optimize system performance and user experience.
Develop IT Governance & Roadmap : Develop and maintain an IT governance and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Document Architecture & Integration : Create and maintain application documentation, including integration details, architecture flows, and system diagrams
Conduct System Integration Testing : Execute tests to ensure end-to-end system compatibility and smooth functionality across components.
Perform First-level Troubleshooting : Support the investigation and resolution of bugs in existing integrations by handling the initial troubleshooting steps.

To success in this position, you have :

Stakeholder & Communication Skills – The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels, and you have strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Organized & Flexible – Comfortable handling details of all levels and approaching tasks in a structured and adaptable way.
