We are seeking, for an important customer operating in financial trading sector, a dedicated and dynamic Outsystems Application Specialist to join our team. As we embark on our mission to digitize the London Market and streamline placement processes, we need a proficient professional to support end-users in utilizing an highly performant trading and risk management platform.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across various activities managed by the platform, including trading, intra-day risk, capital adequacy and automated broker / underwriter.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Handle technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of Outsystems-based trading platform.
  • Monitor application performance metrics and optimize the system for efficiency and reliability.
  • Evaluate changes, upgrades and enhancements to maintain the latest technology standards.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
  • Work closely with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of application processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Incorporate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance application functionalities and workflows.
  • Conduct thorough tests before releasing application updates to ensure stability and functionality.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years in application management, preferably with experience in Outsystems low-code platform.
  • Expertise in Azure technologies, proficiency in programming (strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#), integration with MS Office, and experience with third-party application integrations using standard APIs.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

    • Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
