Workster is partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS provider transforming the online sports and gaming space. Their next-generation sportsbook platform, premium data feeds, and customer-first culture are redefining how operators engage players worldwide.
To strengthen client success, we’re hiring an experienced Account Manager willing to relocate to the company’s headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Your Role
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of European sportsbook clients
- Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate timely delivery of new features, data feeds, and integrations aligned with client needs
- Proactively address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate internally when needed
- Spot up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to expand account revenue
- Drive adoption of new functionalities and support partners in optimising performance KPIs
- Provide clear, regular status updates and maintain account documentation (Jira / Confluence)
- Liaise with Product, Tech, and Operations to champion client feedback and enhance CX
- Travel occasionally for business reviews, partner events, and industry conferences
Your Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Account Management or similar client-facing B2B rolePassion for sports and good grasp of the betting / iGaming ecosystemExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levelsFluent English and Portuguese (spoken & written)EU passport / ID and readiness to relocate to Sofia (on-site presence required)Nice to Have
