Job Description

Zendesk’s award-winning marketing team is looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on ABM manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multi-channel ABM and Industry campaigns that generate high-quality leads and pipeline opportunities. This role offers the chance to make a real impact as we scale our global ABM strategy at Zendesk, and will involve close alignment with EMEA Field Marketing and Sales Teams, as well as Global Demand Generation and Campaigns Teams.

Responsibilities

ABM Project Management : plan and execute ABM campaigns for EMEA, using personalised customer journeys and a multi-channel approach (1 : 1 & 1 : few)

Industry Marketing : drive industry specific campaigns across EMEA, sourcing existing content and enablement material and aligning with ABM strategy

Cross-team Collaboration : Work across product marketing and sales teams to infuse industry specific positioning and messaging into campaigns and sales plays in ways that differentiate our solutions and create clarity for sales teams.

Global Partnership : Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team and peers from other regions on scaling existing programmes in EMEA and sharing best practice

Measure & Optimise : Develop a data-driven approach to measuring performance and impact of ABM and industry marketing. Shape and influence the overall marketing strategy with industry insights and account level insights.

Innovation : Stay up-to-date with ABM best practice, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new possibilities and strategies

Requirements

BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field

5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ABM, campaign management or field marketing, ideally in the technology or SaaS sector

Data-driven approach to report regularly on metrics, track campaign performance, and continuously look for ways to iterate and improve. Familiarity with 6Sense, Salesforce and Marketo is a plus

Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Creative and innovative, bringing new ideas and suggestions for each ABM campaign, with consideration for regional nuances and individual account needs

Customer-focused with enthusiasm & empathy to help businesses improve how they engage with their customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
