Their CRM team plays a critical role in driving player retention engagement and long-term success across multiple brands and markets. As they expand they are seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM Manager. Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall strategy for CRM and outbound marketing efforts including expanding current channels such as push notifications in-app messaging and SMS as well as building CRM efforts via email.
- Translate high-level strategies and goals into clear objectives key results and actionable roadmaps for execution.
- Lead end-to-end daily CRM operations including collaborating with Product and Development teams to assess technical scopes and requirements for project work campaign creation and reporting on campaign performance and results.
- Manage CRM campaigns and initiatives including maintaining status updates on progress timelines dependencies and deliverables.
- Act as the primary communicator with key stakeholders and leadership team members regarding campaign and project progress.
Requirements
35 years of experience developing lifecycle CRM programs within iGaming industry.Proven experience in segmentation automation strategy and digital marketing using channels such as email push notifications and SMS.Extensive experience with CRM automation platforms such as Optimove Symplify or similar tools.Expertise in translating data analysis into actionable marketing messaging campaigns that improve user behavior such as retention and churn reduction.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute A / B tests to decrease churn utilizing email push and in-app messaging strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Up-to-date knowledge of innovative tools platforms and marketing resources.Experience with gambling / betting B2C products is mandatory and other for high-load marketing experience would be a bonus.Health InsuranceCompetitive salary and bonusesLearning and development opportunities interesting challenging tasks;Company fitness corner in the office for employees;Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;Birthday celebration present;Time for proper rest and 24 working days of Annual Vacation;Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially paid by the company).Coffee fruits and snacks available as wellKey Skills
