A fast-growing international SaaS company is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Consultant to join their support team. This role centres on delivering high-quality technical assistance and ensuring a seamless experience for users engaging with our software platform. You’ll be part of a global team and focus on supporting German-speaking clients across various markets.
What You’ll Do :
- Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and discussion forums with professionalism and attention to detail
- Deliver responsive and thoughtful support while identifying needs and pre-empting future queries
- Follow internal escalation processes to ensure timely resolution and track outcomes
- Meet weekly engagement metrics focused on user satisfaction and retention
Onboarding & Service Recovery :
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition into supportEngage empathetically with dissatisfied users to understand concerns and work toward resolutionProactively address behaviours signalling platform attrition and work cross-functionally to retain usersWhat You’ll Bring :
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essentialMinimum 2 years’ experience in customer support, technical support, or service-oriented rolesComfortable working across various digital systems (full training provided)Strong problem-solving mindset with a user-first approachBonus Skills :
