Job Description :
- Attract and engage top tech talent by sourcing and identifying high-potential candidates for IT roles using innovative strategies
- Partner with Hiring Managers to collaborate on defining hiring needs, aligning expectations, and creating tailored recruitment plans
- Design standout job ads that craft clear and appealing job descriptions to attract the right candidates
- Proactively source talent through tools like LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms to find the perfect match
- Assess technical skills by interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical expertise and cultural fit
Must-Have :
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or Talent AcquisitionStrong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, conducting interviews, and hiring strategiesProven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive marketsExperience in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fitA solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing prioritiesStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectivelyProblem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutionsFluent in EnglishWould be great if you have :
Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related fieldFamiliarity with ATS tools, such as LinkdIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniquesSpanish or French speaking are a plusWhat’s in it for you :
