Adecco Permanent Recruitmentis seeking a Controller Manager (m / f) for a reputable client based in Lisbon.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor, consolidate, and analyze financial performance, including P&L control, KPIs, and management reporting.
Provide timely and accurate financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Prepare and present weekly revenue and performance reports integrating sales CRM data and financial inputs.
Lead monthly P&L updates and prepare comprehensive management reports ensuring transparency and data integrity.
Define, monitor, and analyze financial and operational KPIs to support business insights and forecasting.
Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with company objectives.
Oversee invoice issuance and reconciliation, commission calculations, and maintain cash flow control.
Prepare documentation for monthly and annual accounting closures, collaborating with external accounting services to ensure compliance.
Manage internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and financial accuracy.
Lead and supervise the financial controlling team, setting priorities and fostering continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support commercial decisions such as discounts and payment terms, protecting margins.
Collaborate with tax consultants to identify fiscal optimization opportunities.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Familiarity with invoicing software (e.g., InvoiceXpress) and ERP / accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics.
Solid understanding of Portuguese accounting, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
Experience preparing financial reports, dashboards, and revenue controls.
Excellent analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with ability to report to diverse stakeholders (Board, commercial, accounting).
Resilience under pressure during key financial periods (closures, audits).
Proactive, responsible, results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Adaptable to dynamic priorities and ongoing learning in fiscal and technological developments.
