Role Overview :

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business clients identifying new growth opportunities and delivering tailored strategies to support their success. Your mission will be to deepen partnerships maximize revenue and maintain top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Engage proactively with existing and prospective clients to unlock sales potential
Provide customized solutions aligned with each clients business goals
Grow and manage a strong portfolio of small business customers
Track industry trends and offer strategic marketing insights
Analyze performance metrics and suggest process enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and support

Qualifications :

Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)

Fluent in English (C1 level)

Minimum of one year of experience in Sales or / and Marketing

EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card

Strong leadership analytical and communication skills

Passionate about marketing technology and online advertising

Eager to learn and grow within the industry
