Your Responsibilities
Handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media
Maintain accurate case updates in internal systems
Build positive relationships through prompt and courteous support
Assist with issue resolution to boost customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet goals
Share feedback to improve processes and service quality
What You Need to Succeed
Native or fluent German speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication skills on multiple platforms
Basic troubleshooting and tech-savvy mindset
Quick learner, organized, and detail-oriented
Team player who adapts well in fast-paced environments
