IS Business Analyst

• We are seeking an IS Business Analyst to support the IS Business Support Functions – Legal and Corporate Integrity, focusing on both run and project activities.
• The role centres on Legal solutions, including legal counsel and trade compliance, with a key focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software used globally.
• You will join a project team alongside other Business Analysts and contribute to process improvements, scope expansion, and daily user support.
• Responsibilities include ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, user support and incident resolution, identifying new functionalities, translating business needs into functional requirements, risk analysis, writing / reviewing specifications, and supporting testing activities including user acceptance.
• You will also contribute to release impact analysis and testing.
• English is mandatory; French is a plus.
