Your responsibilities :
- Investigating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting all reported issues and service disruptions
- Developing and implementing task automation solutions
- Proactively identifying and taking responsibility for resolving problems
- Handling, escalating, and overseeing incidents with clients through to resolution
- Contributing to the gathering and evaluation of system and project requirements
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and communication
You need experience with :
Cloud EnvironmentsWindows or Linux environmentsObservability and Monitoring toolsAutomation toolsVery good English skillsYou must already be living in the Lisbon area to be able to commute to the Lisbon office 1 day per week.
